Refund policy

***Please note*** :

Custom made pieces are FINAL SALE as these items were made specifically for you with your approval prior to payment.
Sale items, digital items, gift cards + donations are also non-refundable.

Due to the nature of the items I sell, I do NOT accept returns.  If you have questions about the item of interest, please message me BEFORE you purchase. I will happily answer any questions you might have + provide extra photos or videos to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing before you click that purchase button.  I want you to be happy with the item you receive, so please reach out for any clarification BEFORE purchasing.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If the product arrives damaged or broken WITH PROOF of damaged packages, buyer + seller are both responsible for filling out necessary forms through USPS. USPS is now requiring the BUYER to bring the damaged item to a post office to show proof of damages. There is no way to bypass this process. In order for both seller + buyer to be refunded, this is a necessary step.  A refund will be available after approval through USPS.

For malas that break, we do offer restringing for a $35 fee. There is a meaning behind a broken mala!  It signifies that the intention that the mala was strung with has been fulfilled! Some like to repurpose their beads, some like to bury them as a gift to the earth, but some aren't quite ready to part with their piece + if that is you, we can most definitely restring it with a new intention for you! Simply let us know you will be shipping it back for restringing + we can get that done for you no problem!

LOST PACKAGES:

-If your package is lost, the BUYER must file a claim within 15 days of delivery. We are not responsible for lost products as we have no control over the package once it leaves our hands, but we will do what we can to help resolve the situation.

STOLEN PACKAGES:

-WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES. We aren't able to file a claim or get reimbursed for stolen packages. It’s the BUYERS responsibility to file a claim with USPS if the package is stolen.
